Assignment:
We understand room
assignments will be made directly with the Doubletree Hotel
Ontario room reservation department by calling our
toll-free number
1-800-222-TREE. In doing so, please ask your
attendees to request the group rate for UMUOGBA USA.
Deadline for Room
Reservations:
In order to assign
specific room types to UUSA Members, the hotel ask that all room
requests be reserved thirty (30) days prior to the major arrival
day. This means that all reservations should be made on or
before Wednesday, April 23, 2008.
Guaranteed Reservations:
Please note that a first
night room deposit must accompany all reservation requests, or
be guaranteed with a major credit card (American Express, Carte
Blanche, Diners Club, Master Card or Visa, Discover or JCB). Our
policy states that all reservations must be guaranteed by one of
the above methods. Any cancellations within (72) hours
from the date of arrival will be billed for one night room and
tax.
Early Departure Fee:
In the event a guest who
has requested a room within your block checks out prior to the
guest's reserved checkout date, the hotel will add a $50.00
early checkout fee to that guest's individual account. Guests
wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the
Doubletree Hotel
Ontario at or before check-in of any change in
planned length of stay.
Check-in/Out Time:
Our check-in time is 3:00
PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM. All guests arriving before 3:00
PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. Our Guest
Services Department can arrange to check baggage for those
arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests
attending functions on departure day.
Shuttle Service:
The Doubletree Hotel
Ontario Airport will provide complimentary shuttle
service to and from the Ontario International Airport. Courtesy
telephones for hotel shuttle services are located in the baggage
claim area of the airport.
